medical expenses
This is one true example of a prospect who told me that buying life insurance was against religion. I did my best to convince him but I failed. I presented the dread diseases policy. I even told him that this policy was actually reserving funds for future medical expenses. About a year later, I tried my luck again and stopped over by his restaurant on my way to Kuala Lumpur. I was truly shocked to see … Read entire article »

And just like everybody else, we … Read entire article »

how to save one-third of your income ?
Frankly speaking, I am not currently saving one-third of my income. That’s because I’ve experienced two major financial shocks in the last year, traveling four times in a year and change a new rims. Between loan payments and daycare expenses, I’ve fallen way behind, but I plan to return to my previous saving levels as soon as those costs become more manageable. Here are some of my strategies that made it possible: Live like a college student long after graduation: I continue living in a small apartment with old furniture and television for many years. Become a frugal chef: I didn’t know much about cooking before, but I quickly learned how to make vegetable-focused meals from my parents. Using small amounts of meat saved my money, as did limiting my restaurant meals. Stick with … Read entire article »

Money
Money in itself doesn’t really have much value. Money is just a commodity, which is used for the exchange of products. If money can buy the product that you want, it has a value. Success
A man is considered successful when he’s happy with what he’s achieved and plans to achieve. That’s a measure of success. I’d consider myself successful when I’m able to help people with what I have done. If I’m not able to help the … Read entire article »
